Hello there fellow tumblrians :)
It has been a very long time since I last posted on this blog. I ran off the rails a little while back, with my weight loss and now I hope to get back on track. So I officially restarted my weightloss journey on Monday 16th April, only a week and a half ago but it seems like forever. I have been counting calories consumed on an app on iPhone called ‘Shape Up’. This app is a lifesaver in calculating how many calories I need to burn and what not. On Wednesday 18th my sister and I decided to move the Exercycle from my bedroom to the lounge so that we are move motivated to exercise on it while watching tv. I must say this is the best thing that we have ever done. You literally sit on there for one tv show and before you know it you’ve burned 300cal. Anyway I’ll let you get on with your day.

It’s so funny to see your body changing. Actually I find it rather bizarre.
It’s weird to see what I looked like before I started this journey.
This morning I woke up and looked in the mirror and I was somewhat okay with myself.
I know that I still have a long journey ahead of me, but I want it to be nowhere but up for now on

I’d just like to take this moment to point out the bottom right picture of the gorgeous Emma Watson:
Her stomach is not flat when she sits down. Because this is how the human body works — that’s not extra fat that you need to get rid of. That’s extra skin, necessary for normal body movements! And it’s clear from the rest of the pictures that Emma indeed has a flat stomach when she stands and walks around.
Obviously, it’s going to take a lot more than one picture of Emma sitting down to change someone’s views about their own body, but I at least hope this helps to put things in perspective for some of you.
